Terms of Service

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the use of J & S Precision Power Wash services and is between you (“Customer”), as an authorized user of such services, and J & S Precision Power Wash. By submitting a Request for Service, you confirm receipt of and acceptance of this Agreement.

JSP Power Wash provides mobile trash and recycle bin cleaning and power washing services for both residential and commercial properties.

For JSP Power Wash to provide its services, the Customer must comply with the CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES. Failure to act in accordance may result in stoppage of service and/or additional charges as identified below.

NEXT DAY SERVICE: The Customer is accountable for placing trash bins on the curbside for cleaning on trash pickup day. Trash bins are to be empty and left curbside the NEXT DAY until 7PM to be cleaned. In a scenario where cans cannot be left curbside, the CUSTOMER is to place the bins near the garage or front of the house. If any garbage or items are left in the bins, they MUST be bagged. Bins with garbage that is not bagged will NOT be cleaned.

Customers must notify the community’s guard house to allow JSP Power Wash entrance to the community or provide JSP Power Wash with the gate code for community access. If the driver is not able to obtain access to the community on the scheduled service date, the driver will NOT clean the Customer’s bins. J & S Precision Power Wash will NOT refund the Customer in the event of no service due to entree issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to reschedule the cleaning and pay a $12.00 additional service visit fee. Upon receipt of payment for the $12.00 additional service visit fee, JSP Power Wash will service the Customer’s cans on the next scheduled area service visit. If we are unable to reschedule your bin cleaning due to route scheduling, the Customer will not be billed for an additional service visit and bins will be cleaned on the next scheduled area service visit.

All bins requested to be cleaned in our service form must be available to be serviced on the scheduled service date. If bins are not available, JSP Power Wash will make an effort to call the Customer via telephone at the number they have provided on file. If the Customer cannot be reached, the Customer’s bins will not be cleaned, and the driver will continue his/her route. JSP Power Wash will NOT provide a refund in the event of a missed service due unavailability of bins. The Customer is solely responsible for placing ALL bins out on the scheduled service date.

Rescheduling a missed service due to Customer error of not placing bins out is at the discretion of JSP Power Wash. It is the responsibility of the Customer to request a rescheduling bin cleaning service and to pay a $12.00 additional service visit fee. Upon payment of the $12.00 additional service visit fee, JSP Power Wash will make an effort to service the Customer’s trash bins on the next scheduled service visit to their area. If a rescheduled service is not possible due to route scheduling, the Customer will not be charged an additional service visit fee and cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.       

If the Customer will be out of town or knows he/she will not be available to put the trash bins out for a scheduled cleaning, it is his/her obligation to contact JSP Power Wash to notify them no later than 6:00PM the night prior to the scheduled service.

Trash and recycle bins MUST be free of the Materials listed below:
* Unbagged garbage/trash and recyclable content
* Unbagged animal feces or any sorts of feces
* Adhesives, paint, glue, chemicals, automotive or industrial oils
* Hazardous waste of any kind
* Construction materials (Concrete, Stucco, etc.)
* Yard Waste (Soil, leaves, Sand, branches, etc.)

Under no circumstances will JSP Power Wash clean any bins holding human waste!

Trash and recycle bins should be in proper working order/condition and not be in poor condition that would cause damage to the cleaning equipment or stop JSP Power Wash from cleaning the bins appropriately. Any noteworthy damage noted by the driver will be informed to the Customer upon cleaning. ​J & S Precision Power Wash will not be responsible for damage to poor condition bins.

If JSP Power Wash arrives to perform service and the conditions listed above are not met, the cleaning service will NOT be done. At JSP Power Wash’s discretion, The Customer will be charged, and Payment will NOT be refunded. It is the Customer’s obligation to request a rescheduled cleaning and to pay a $12.00 additional service visit fee. Upon payment of the $12.00 additional service visit fee, JSP Power Wash will make effort to service the Customer’s trash bins on the next scheduled service visit to their specific area. If a rescheduled service is not possible due to route scheduling, the Customer will not be charged an additional service visit fee and cans will be cleaned on the next scheduled service visit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

If JSP Power Wash fails to provide its services on the scheduled date of service for a reason other than the Customer failing to meet its responsibilities in the paragraphs above (Ex. non-weather permitting, machine failure...etc), J & S Precision Power Wash will arrange for the service to be performed on the next possible service area visit. If a rescheduled visit is not practical or possible, the Customer will receive a credit on a future invoice for the missed service.

In the event of non-weather permitting conditions (including icy temperatures and excess snowfall) or equipment failure which prevents JSP Power Wash from operating, the Customer will be notified, and the services will be rescheduled at the discretion of J & S Precision Power Wash.  In most, but not all cases service will resume on the next regularly scheduled service visit for that area.  If service is cancelled, JSP Power Wash will notify customers via communication (Email, Phone or Text).

Upon receiving a request for service, JSP Power Wash will assign a service date and send a notification/communication to the Customer.  For a one-time service, an invoice will be sent to the Customer upon service completion and is due upon receipt.

For recurring service plans (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly), J & S Precision Power Wash requires a credit card be stored on file in the Customer Wallet.  For recurring service plans/visits, customers will be automatically billed to the card on file.

Payment for recurring service plans will be automatically processed upon each service/visit completion. JSP Power Wash will charge the Customer’s payment card on file for the proper service plan fee.  

In the occurrence payment is declined, JSP Power Wash will notify the Customer. It is the Customer’s obligation to provide an alternate payment card or method and pay all amounts due upon request by JSP Power Wash. Failure to provide or update payment may result in service interruption and possible postponement or termination of services.

An account will be deemed as delinquent after a single month of non-payment. Delinquent accounts will be suspended, meaning postponement of services until the account delinquent balance is paid and account is brought back into good standing.

Service may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to JSPpowerwash@gmail.com. Cancellation request must be received PRIOR to the next automatic payment and no additional charges or services will take place. If the cancellation request is received AFTER any sort of payment has been processed, services will be completed that month and together charges and services will terminate thereafter.

If the Customer requests a recurring service plan (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly) and cancels after the first cleaning, the Customer will be charged for a One-time Cleaning minus any previously payment.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellation of service and is at the discretion of JSP Power Wash, except in the event the Customer relocates outside of the JSP Power Wash service areas. If the Customer relocates outside of the service area, the Customer has the option to gift the remaining service to anyone within the service area or request a refund for the remaining service. The Customer must request cancellation by sending an email to JSPpowerwash@gmail.com no less than 30 days prior to cancellation.

Seasonal residents must notify JSP Power Wash  of the last service day by sending an email to JSPpowerwash@gmail.com no less than 30 days prior to cancellation.

JSP Power Wash reserves the right to terminate service for Customers caught swapping/switching trash bins with neighbors in an effort to get the bins of non-customers cleaned.

JSP Power Wash reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version to www.jsppowerwash.com/terms and/or by emailing its Customers information regarding the amendment.

JSP Power Wash reserves the right to modify delivery of service at its sole discretion at any time.

JSP Power Wash reserves the right to change prices or implement new charges for use of its services at any time. Changes in pricing will be sent to the Customer by email prior to the changes going into effect. The Customer has the option to keep or terminate service at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes are sent to the Customer via communication, constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of the modified charges as communicated to the Customer.

The terms and conditions contained in this document are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. The Customer irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in each state or location.
